We offer clients either an offshore or onsite delivery model or a combination approach that incorporates the best of both, to support the development of client solutions. Eliga can setup an offshore development center for the client in its existing facility at Bangalore. Initial staffing of the team will be from engineers from Eliga. But the team will work like a separate logical entity. Client can depute a manager to be a part of the team (if desired). The office space and facilities can be provided to the manager at Eliga.
At the end of an agreed period the center can be transferred to the client (to operate in same location or shifted to the new place). Eliga employees will also be transferred to the client (subject to Client making an offer to employees and employees accepting the offer).
