A Mature Delivery model

We offer clients either an offshore or onsite delivery model or a combination approach that incorporates the best of both, to support the development of client solutions. Offshore Development Center & Incubation:

Eliga can setup an offshore development center for the client in its existing facility at Bangalore. Initial staffing of the team will be from engineers from Eliga. But the team will work like a separate logical entity. Client can depute a manager to be a part of the team (if desired). The office space and facilities can be provided to the manager at Eliga.

At the end of an agreed period the center can be transferred to the client (to operate in same location or shifted to the new place). Eliga employees will also be transferred to the client (subject to Client making an offer to employees and employees accepting the offer).


Eliga experience in Offshore Development setup

Eliga management has an extensive experience in setting up support centers and transitioning product support from US/UK to India in their previous assignments. Eliga has carried out continued development in project as well as ODC model to the clients. Following table lists some of these assignments
